I am farm owner from Tamil Nadu in India. I am keen to dessimate useful agraraian and horticultural information on practices to the small and medium farm owners to achieve economic viability through in farming through using both traditional knowledge as well as knowledge from modern research. I found the Zero Budget Farming promoted by Shri Subash Palekar quiet useful, viable and economical for small and marginal farmers. I wish to bring the information to as many practicing farmers as possible through this blog. I also would like to desimate information on modern techniques that have been successfully followed in various districts of Tamil Nadu. Further, I wish to assit in empowering the farmers of rural area particularly in tribal areas of the country on low cost techniques to be followed in cultivatin of medicinal herbs and other plants. To achieve this objective I have associated myself with some reputed NGO's who have extended their support. I am a commodity trader by profession involved in the imports and export of agricultural commodities, exports of medicinal herbs, etc for the last 25 years.
